職責
- (1)To provide bill payment service; <br>
- (2)To sell stamps, postage labels, philatelic products, postal stationery and Postshop items; <br>
- (3)To answer customers’ enquiries; <br>
- (4)To accept and deliver mail items at counters; <br>
- (5)To perform general counter duties; <br>
- (6)To provide general clerical support and data input duties; and <br>
- (7)To undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisors. <br> <br>Location of Work：Yuen Long, Kwai Fong (The actual location of work assigned is subject to the operational need of Hongkong Post.) <br> <br>Hours of Work：Six days (48 hours gross) per week, depending on operational need, selected candidates may be required to work on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays. 入職條件
- (1)(i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等（註1）或以上成績（註2），或具同等學歷；或 <br>
- (ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級（註3）／E級或以上成績（註2），或具同等學歷；及 <br>
- (2)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級（註3）或以上成績，或具同等學歷。 <br>
- (3)熟悉電腦操作及常用軟件； <br>
- (4)能操流利廣東話及英語，宜通曉普通話；及 <br>
- (5)具一年或以上全職客戶服務經驗為佳。
- (1)(i) Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or <br>
- (ii)Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and <br>
- (2)Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent. <br>
- (3)Be familiar with computer operations and common software; <br>
- (4)Be fluent in English and Cantonese. Proficiency in Putonghua will be an advantage; and <br>
- (5)Preferably have one year or above post-qualification working experience in customer service/hotline center.

(註1) 香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。 <br>(註2) 有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。 <br>(註3) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
