職責
職位一:(a) 協助執行有關推行電子檔案保管系統的準備工作;
(b) 協助查驗香港駐海外經濟貿易辦事處的非耗用物品記錄;
(c) 協助執行辦公室一般行政工作;以及
(d) 協助執行上司委派的其他職務。
職位二:(a) 研究及評估資訊科技產品;
(b) 學習無障礙網頁準則和修正無障礙網頁;
(c) 檢閱及編寫電郵系統遷移的用戶指南;以及
(d) 協助庫存管理。

(b) Assist in conducting annual inventory checks for the overseas Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices;
(c) Assist in handling general office administration work; and
(d) Assist in performing any other duties as assigned by senior officers.
Position 2: (a) Conduct research and assessment of IT products/solutions;
(b) Study web accessibility and resolve website accessibility issues;
(c) Review and prepare user guidelines for email migration; and
(d) Assist in inventory management.

(b) 為修讀全日制學士學位課程的專上院校學生,對資訊科技有基礎認識者會較有優勢;
(c) 在2021/22年升讀第二/第三或最後一年課程;
(d) 具備良好溝通技巧,擅於同時兼顧多項任務;
(e) 具備良好中、英文書寫及口語能力(須在香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科和英國語文科取得第4等級或以上的成績,或同等學歷);以及
(f) 熟悉中文輸入及Microsoft Office應用程序,包括Word、Excel和PowerPoint。
