Contract Executive Assistant (Rural Representative Elections)
月薪為港幣26,000元
職責
(1) 協助籌備及劃定選區分界圖、推行選民登記運動及其他與鄉郊代表選舉有關的工作；
(2) 提供一般行政及管理支援，例如項目籌劃、資源及檔案管理及編寫報告等；
(3) 處理查詢及投訴；
(4) 按需要執行戶外工作；以及
(5) 在有需要時執行其他職務。

(1) To assist in the preparation for and conduct of delineation of electoral boundaries, voter registration and other rural election-related duties;
(2) To provide general administrative and management support, such as project planning, resource and records management and compilation of reports etc.;
(3) To handle enquiries and complaints;
(4) To perform outdoor work as required; and
(5) To undertake any other duties as required.

入職條件
(1) 持有本港頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
(2) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具同等學歷[參閱註]；及
(3) 具備良好中、英文會話及書寫能力。

(2) Met the language proficiency requirement of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [ see Note]; and
(3) Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

入職條件(註)
(a) 2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)「C級」成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科「第3級」成績。
