(ii) 協助處理財政資源管理事宜,例如核對每月開支報告及其他財務報表;
(iii) 應各政策局/部門有關提交報告及統計數據的要求,協助整理及整合各組別及團隊所提供的資料;以及
(iv) 執行上級委派的任何其他職務。

Invest Hong Kong (InvestHK) is the department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government tasked to attract and retain foreign direct investments in Hong Kong. We are looking for a motivated and energetic candidate to join our dynamic Corporate Services Team as Executive Assistant to provide support in financial management, general administration and human resources matters. Detailed responsibilities include the following:
Duties
(i) To assist in handling human resource matters, including recruitment, performance management, conduct and discipline, etc.;
(ii) To assist in financial resource management, including checking the monthly expenditure report and other financial statements;
(iii) To assist in collating and consolidating inputs from Groups and teams in response to the returns and statistics required by various bureaux and departments; and
(iv) To perform any other duties as assigned by senior officers.

入職條件
(a) 持有香港任何一所大學頒授的學士學位,或具同等學歷;
(b) 具備最少三年與行政、人力資源管理、財務及/或管理相關的全職工作經驗;
(c) 具備良好的中英文書寫及口語能力;
(d) 精通英文及中文文書處理,以及Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint的應用;以及
(e) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c))。
(b) 具備最少三年與行政、人力資源管理、財務及/或管理相關的全職工作經驗;
(c) 具備良好的中英文書寫及口語能力;
(d) 精通英文及中文文書處理,以及Microsoft Word、Excel及PowerPoint的應用;以及
(e) 符合語文能力要求,即在綜合招聘考試兩份語文試卷(中文運用及英文運用)取得二級成績或具備同等成績(見註(a)至(c))。
(a) A Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent;
(b) A minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience in administrative, human resources management, finance and/or executive work;
(c) A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
(d) Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and
(e) Meet the language proficiency requirements of “Level 2” results in the two language papers (Use of Chinese and Use of English) in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) or equivalent (see Notes (a) to (c)).
(b) A minimum of three years of relevant full-time work experience in administrative, human resources management, finance and/or executive work;
(c) A good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
(d) Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing, and in the applications of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; and

(c) 在 International English Language Testing System (IELTS) 學術模式整體分級取得6.5或以上,並在同一次考試中各項個別分級取得不低於6的成績的人士,在 IELTS 考試成績的兩年有效期內,其IELTS成績可獲接納為等同綜合招聘考試英文運用試卷的二級成績。IELTS 考試成績必須在職位申請期內其中任何一日仍然有效。
