- (a)負責發展、實施及檢討每年舉辦的"Story to Stage"小學英語木偶比賽；
- (b)領導和管理一隊由諮詢教師組成之團隊，透過定期會議和學校探訪以推行上述計劃；
- (c)協調有關規劃、舉辦和檢討為小學英語木偶比賽的教師舉辦的專業發展活動，以及為諮詢教師舉行的簡報會；
- (d)發展和維持一個學習群組，以推廣木偶和語言藝術，並將這些想法融入小學的日常教學實踐中；
- (e)為英語教師，包括以英語為母語的英語教師，提供專業支援，以助他們參與小學英國語文學習計劃；以及
- (f)執行上司委派的其他職務。

職責
- (a)To take charge of the development, implementation and review of the annual competition "Story to Stage Puppetry Competition for Primary Schools";
- (b)To lead and supervise a team, composed of Advisory Teachers in executing the above programme through regular meetings and school visits;
- (c)To coordinate the planning, conduct and review of professional development programmes for the teacher participants in the competition, and briefings for the Advisory Teaching Team;
- (d)To develop and sustain a community of practice to promote puppetry and language arts, and integrate the ideas into the daily teaching practice in primary schools in the public sector;
- (e)To provide professional support for English teachers, including Native-speaking English Teachers (NETs), in participating in the primary literacy programmes; and
- (f)To undertake any other duties as assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷，主修英國語文者優先[參閱註(i)]；
- (b)持有香港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)]；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(ii)]；
- (d)在取得上述(a)的學歷後，具備不少於10年相關的工作經驗[參閱註(iii)]；
- (e)具備項目團隊管理經驗者優先；
- (f)具備推動創新教學的經驗或舉辦教師專業發展活動經驗者優先；
- (g)擁有良好英語的會話及書寫能力；
- (h)擁有流利中文的會話及書寫能力為佳；
- (i)擁有良好的協作和溝通能力；
- (j)擁有推廣木偶表演活動以促進語言學習和教學的良好知識經驗者優先；
- (k)擁有良好諮詢技巧；
- (l)具備良好人際交往和組識能力；以及
- (m)持有有關教育的更高學歷者優先[參閱註(iii)]。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent, majoring in English preferred [See Note (i)];
- (b)A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
- (c)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in English Language in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
- (d)At least 10 years of post-degree [as specified in (a)] relevant working experience [See Note (iii)];
- (e)Experience in project team management preferred;
- (f)Experience in promoting innovative pedagogical practices and in training and development of teachers preferred;
- (g)Good spoken and written English;
- (h)Fluent spoken and written Chinese preferred;
- (i)Strong collaboration and communication skills;
- (j)A sound knowledge of, and solid experience in, promoting puppetry to support language learning and teaching preferred;
- (k)Good consultancy skills;
- (l)Good interpersonal and organisational skills; and
- (m)Candidates who possess a higher degree (e.g. second/higher degree) in education preferred [See Note (iii)].
