職責
(a) 進行遙測車輛排放的應用實驗研究；
(b) 設計和進行使用底盤測功機測量車輛排放的實驗；
(c) 進行與車輛排放有關的數據分析；
(d) 協助開發遙測車輛排放的品質管制系統；
(e) 進行維修柴油車的排放效益研究。
其他相關的工作要求：工作時間及地點須視乎部門的運作需要而定。獲取錄者或需(a)不定時及超時工作，包括晚上、周末、周日和公眾假期；以及(b)不時在戶外工作，包括戶外和遠程工作地點。

(a) To conduct experimental studies on the application of remote sensing equipment to measure vehicle emissions;
(b) To design and conduct experiments on measuring vehicle emissions using chassis dynamometers;
(c) To conduct data analysis related to vehicle emission measurements;
(d) To assist the development of quality control system for the remote sensing measurements on vehicle emissions; and
(e) To conduct emission repair benefit studies on diesel vehicles.
Other Job-related Requirements: The hours and venues of work may be varied having regard to the operational needs of the department. The successful candidate may be required to (a) work irregular hours and overtime, including evenings, weekends and public holidays; and (b) work outside office including outdoors and remote working locations.

(a) 持有本港大學頒授的機械／電機／汽車／環境／化學工程一級或二級榮譽學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
(b) 在取得學位後具有最少四年使用測功機或便攜式廢氣測量系統進行車輛排放測試、車輛排放管制系統、數據分析或相關範疇的全職工作經驗；
(c) 具備良好的中英文口語及寫作能力；以及
(d) 具備良好的數據處理技能。

(b) minimum four years’ relevant full-time post-qualifications working experience in vehicle emissions testing using dynamometer or portable emissions measurement system, vehicle emission control projects, data analysis or related areas;
(c) good command of spoken and written Chinese and English; and
(d) good command of data handling skills.
