職責
健康監察督導員主要的職責為-
(A)負責在各出入境管制站:
(i)監督一隊為旅客量度體溫的健康監察助理;
(ii)調配健康監察助理往各個崗位工作;及
(iii)處理健康監察助理轉介的個案;
(B)編排健康監察助理的輪值表;
(C)與衞生署總部/分區辦事處聯絡以安排後勤物料供應,並就運作問題與其他政府部門及機構聯絡;
(D)按港口衞生處的指示,在邊境管制站協助推行港口衞生措施;
(E)負責管理24小時運作的通訊及支援中心;
(F)與各邊境管制站的健康監察督導員協調合作;
(G)協助草擬發給各管制站的健康監察督導員及健康監察助理的書面指示及通告;
(H)整理各邊境管制站呈交的統計報表;
(I)協助港口衞生處調配人手及其他資源至各個邊境管制站,以令各項邊境健康檢查措施及其他特殊工作順利推行;以及
(J)處理部門指派的一般行政工作。
(備註:須於戶外工作及輪班當值;當值時須穿着制服;工作地點在各出入境管制站包括落馬洲、文錦渡、沙頭角、羅湖、落馬洲支線、深圳灣口岸、中港碼頭及港澳碼頭等。)
A Health Surveillance Supervisor is mainly deployed on –
(A)(i)supervising a team of Health Surveillance Assistants (HSAs) to conduct checking on body temperature of travellers;
(ii)deploying HSAs to different posts, and;
(iii)handling special cases referred by HSAs at border control points;
(B)arranging duty rosters for the HSAs;
(C)liaising with Headquarters for logistics supplies/maintenance of stores & equipment and with other Government Departments and organisations for operational issues;
(D)assisting in implementing port health measures at border control points as directed by Port Health Office;
(E)manning a 24-hour Communication and Support Centre;
(F)coordinating with other Health Surveillance Supervisors (HSSs) at border control points;
(G)assisting in drafting operating procedures/ written instructions to HSSs and HSAs at border control points;
(H)consolidating statistical returns from various border control points;
(I)assisting Port Health Office in the deployment of manpower and other resources to border control points to support the smooth implementation of various border health check measures and other ad-hoc project of his respective border; and
(J)performing general administrative duties assigned by the Department.
(Remarks :Outdoor duties and work shift required; required to wear uniform whilst on duty; working place includes border control points at Lok Ma Chau, Man Kam To, Sha Tau Kok, Lo Wu, Lok Ma Chau Spur Line; Shenzhen Bay Port, China Ferry Terminal and Macau Ferry Terminal, etc.)

申請人必須-
(A)(i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等(註1)或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷,並具最少兩年全職擔任主管/管理級職務的工作經驗;或
(ii)在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績,以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級(註3)/C級或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷,並具最少兩年全職擔任主管/管理級職務的工作經驗;或
(iii)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等(註1)或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷,並具最少五年全職擔任主管/管理級職務的工作經驗;或
(iv)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級(註3)/E級或以上成績(註2),或具同等學歷,並具最少五年全職擔任主管/管理級職務的工作經驗;
(B)符合語文能力要求,即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級(註3)或以上成績,或具同等成績;
(C)具良好的溝通技巧及人際關係;具顧客服務經驗更佳;
(D)能操流利廣東話及英語,通曉普通話更佳;及
(E)具良好的中文書寫技巧(註4)。
Candidates should –
(A)(i)have Level 3 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent, and have at least 2 years’ full-time working experience at supervisory level; OR
(ii)have Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 (Note 3)/ Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; and have at least 2 years’ full-time working experience at supervisory level; OR
(iii)have Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in HKDSEE (Note 2), or equivalent; and have at least 5 years’ full-time working experience at supervisory level; OR
(iv)have Level 2 (Note 3)/ Grade E or above in five subjects in HKCEE (Note 2), or equivalent, and have at least 5 years’ full-time working experience at supervisory level;
(B)have met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
(C)have good interpersonal and communication skills; experience in customer service would be an advantage;
(D)be able to speak fluent Cantonese and English, preferably with knowledge of Putonghua; and
(E)have good command of written Chinese (Note 4).
入職條件(註)
(1)在聘任時,香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績,以及其他語言科目C級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績;香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績,以及其他語言科目E級成績,會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
(2)有關科目可包括中國語文科及英國語文科。
(3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級的成績,在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級的成績。
