(a) To provide school-based support services to kindergartens, including assisting kindergartens in enhancing the learning elements of Chinese culture in the curriculum and catering for children's diversity, including non-Chinese speaking children;
(b) To assist kindergartens in establishing Learning Communities to share learning and teaching experience and promote professional development of curriculum leaders in kindergartens;
(c) To conduct seminars and workshops for kindergartens, and to generate pedagogical content knowledge and conceptualise school practices for dissemination through different means; and
(d) To carry out ad hoc tasks assigned, whenever necessary.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
(d) At least 4 years' of working experience in catering for children's diversity [See Note (iv)];
(e) Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
(f) Good command of both Chinese and English preferred; and
(g) Candidates may be required to take a written test on the day of selection interview.
