印務主任主要負責(a)籌劃、統籌和監督印務工作；(b)制定工作規格；(c)統籌送運工作；以及(d)協助管理一個工作小組╱小隊的運作。此外，印務主任須輪班工作及在有需要時逾時工作。
職責
A Printing Officer is mainly deployed on
- (a)planning, coordinating and controlling printing production activities;
- (b)preparing job specifications;
- (c)coordinating delivery activities; and
- (d)assisting in managing the operation of a unit / team. In addition, a Printing Officer is required to work shifts and, when necessary, perform overtime work.
入職條件
申請人須–
- (1)(a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試中國語文科、英國語文科及數學科考獲第2級或以上成績，以及另外兩科考獲第2級或同等或以上成績，或具同等學歷；
或 在香港中學會考中國語文科、英國語文科、數學科及另外兩科考獲第2級╱E級或以上成績，或具同等學歷；
- (ii)持有職業訓練局發出的印刷證書，或具同等學歷；
- (iii)具備三年從事印刷業的工作經驗；以及
- (iv)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷。
或
- (b)
- (i)持有職業訓練局發出的印刷文憑，或具同等學歷；以及
- (ii)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷。
以及
- (2)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績。
Candidates should have –
- (1)(a)
- (i)Level 2 or above in Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics, and Level 2 or equivalent or above in two other subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent;
OR Level 2/Grade E or above in Chinese Language, English Language, Mathematics and two other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) or equivalent;
- (ii)a Certificate in Printing from the Vocational Training Council (VTC), or equivalent;
- (iii)three years’ working experience in the printing industry; and
- (iv)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
OR
- (b)
- (i)a Diploma in Printing from the VTC, or equivalent; and
- (ii)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
AND
- (2)a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (BLNST).
入職條件(註)
- (1)政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為不少於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級的成績，會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
- (3)政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
