職責
合約農林助理員（農業技術）的主要職責包括 (a) 協助水耕農場的管理及運營； (b) 協助為業界提供農業培訓以及水耕農場的導賞參觀； (c) 協助記錄和整理水耕生產的數據； (d) 操作、保養和簡單修理水耕生產設備，包括自動化和機械設備； (e) 監督、培訓及管理初級人員；及 (f) 履行獲指派的其他職責。
(註：可能須在香港任何地區工作；不定時工作，包括晚間、星期六、星期日及公眾假期。)

A Contract Field Assistant (Agro-technology) is mainly deployed on (a) assisting in the management and operation of hydroponic farms; (b) assisting in providing agricultural training to the industry and conducting guided tours of hydroponic farms; (c) assisting in recording and organising hydroponic production data; (d) operating, maintaining and carrying out minor maintenance and repair works of machines and devices for operation, including automated and robotic equipment; (e) supervising, training and managing junior staff; and (f) performing other duties as required.

申請人必須 (a)(i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等(註1)或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷；或 (ii) 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級(註3)／E級或以上成績(註2)，或具同等學歷； (b) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級(註3)或以上成績，或具同等成績；及 (c) 於取得上述學歷後具備最少2年全職水耕蔬菜生產的相關工作經驗。

Candidates should have (a) (i) Level 2 or equivalent (Note 1) or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; or (ii) Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (Note 2), or equivalent; (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent; and (c) at least two years’ post-qualification full-time working experience in hydroponic vegetable production.
