- (1)協助多層大廈業主立案法團增進對環境問題及公共事務之興趣，組織會員從事社區工作；
- (2)在各類多層大廈，鄉村或團體協助成立互助委員會及業主立案法團及註冊事宜；
- (3)協助民政事務處職員解決有關樓宇管理之問題；
- (4)協助籌備及推廣各項社區活動；
- (5)協助進行調查研究工作、收集民意及轉達巿民的意見；
- (6)協助推行社區會堂之活動及其管理工作；
- (7)協助處理地區管理事宜；
- (8)在民政諮詢中心協助民政事務處職員為巿民提供服務；及
- (9)處理任何其他指定之適當工作。
職責
- (1)To assist existing Owners Corporations in multi-storey buildings in furthering their interests in environmental problems and public affairs and organizing members for community work;
- (2)To assist in the formation and registration of Mutual Aid Committees/Owners Corporations in multi-storey buildings, villages or among groups of people;
- (3)To assist District Office staff in resolving matters relating to building management;
- (4)To assist in organising and promoting community activities;
- (5)To assist in conducting surveys, collecting feedback and sounding out public opinion;
- (6)To assist in activities and management of community halls;
- (7)To assist in handling district management matters;
- (8)To assist HAD staff in providing service to the public at Home Affairs Enquiry Centres; and
- (9)To perform any other duties assigned as appropriate.

- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等

- (ii)在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級

(b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級

Candidates should have -

- (i)Level 2 or equivalent
Note (1)] or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE)

Note (3)] / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)

- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2

入職條件(註)
- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文科及英國語文科。
- (3)2007年前的中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)E級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績。
- (4)應徵者如獲邀參加遴選面試，會被安排於面試當日參加電腦打字測試。電腦打字測試會於面試開始前或結束後舉行。
