我們現正在物色一名充滿熱誠並於生命健康科技領域具備豐富經驗的優秀專業人士，擔任高級經理(生命健康科技)一職。就任者應以結果及效益為本，充分運用其專業知識、行業經驗和人脈，協助策略產業的企業在香港設立或擴展業務。就任者亦將與引進辦駐內地及海外香港經濟貿易辦事處的全球網絡緊密合作，推動香港成為全球研發合作和產業發展的國際創新科技中心。
高級經理(生命健康科技)主要負責：
(a) 支援與生命健康科技產業的重點企業的聯絡和洽談工作，並為它們提供後續服務；
(b) 協助高級副總裁及副總裁為重點企業提供一站式服務及量身定制的方案，以助它們在香港設立公司或拓展業務；
(c) 制定、實施和支援引進辦推行的外展和推廣活動；
(d) 聯絡和協調相關政府決策局/部門、公共機構及其他內部和外部持分者；
(e) 與生命健康科技生態圈相關的擴大部門顧客網絡公司和其他持分者保持密切聯繫，以提高引進重點企業辦公室在業界的形象；
(f) 進行資料搜集，以汲取生命健康科技產業的知識、市場情報和最新發展；及
(g) 按需要履行其他職責。

The Office for Attracting Strategic Enterprises (OASES) is a dedicated office of the HKSAR Government tasked to attract high potential and representative strategic enterprises from around the globe.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and high-calibre professional with proven experience in life and health technology industry to fill the position of Senior Manager (Life and Health Technology). The incumbent should have a strong drive for outcome and impact, and is able to leverage on his/her sector knowledge, industry experience and network to assist enterprises from strategic industries to set up or expand their businesses in Hong Kong. The incumbent will also work closely with OASES’ global network in the Mainland and overseas Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices to promote Hong Kong as an international innovation and technology hub for global research collaboration and industry development.
The Senior Manager (Life and Health Technology) is mainly responsible for –
(a) Providing support in engaging and negotiating with strategic enterprises from the life and health technology industry, and to provide aftercare services;
(b) Assisting Senior Vice President and Vice President in providing one-stop services to and formulating tailor-made packages for strategic enterprises to facilitate setting up/expansion of their operations in Hong Kong;
(c) Developing, implementing and supporting OASES’ outreaching and promotional activities;
(d) Liaising and coordinating with relevant Government bureaux/departments, public bodies, and other internal and external stakeholders;
(e) Engaging and maintaining close contact with multipliers and other stakeholders from the life and health technology ecosystem, with a view to raising OASES’ profile within the industry;
(f) Conducting desktop research and keep abreast of life and health technology knowledge, market intelligence and latest development; and
(g) Perform any other duties as required.

(b) 具備於生命健康科技領域或公營界別從事投資推廣、客戶管理、業務發展、市場推廣或項目管理相關工作經驗更佳；
(c) 持有學士學位或同等學歷；如有更高學歷及/或專業資格更佳；
(d) 擁有豐富本地和國際生命健康科技相關知識和經驗；
(e) 在生命健康科技生態圈有廣泛人脈；及
(f) 具備良好中英文書寫能力，並能操流利英語、粵語及普通話。通曉其他語言者更佳。

(b) previous work experience in investment promotion, account management, business development, marketing and project management in life and health technology sector, would be an advantage;
(c) a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, more advanced degree(s) and/or professional qualification(s) would be an advantage;
(d) strong knowledge of and experience in the local and global life and health technology related sectors;
(e) extensive network in the life and health technology ecosystem; and
(f) a strong command of written and spoken English and written Chinese and spoken Putonghua. Proficiency in other language(s) would be an advantage.
