- (1)協助統籌地區⼩型⼯程項⽬及進⾏相關實地視察；
- (2)協助統籌有關地區事務的跨部⾨聯合⾏動；
- (3)協助統籌、推廣和籌辦由民政事務處／區議會參與的地區計劃和活動；
- (4)為社區中心／社區會堂管理提供行政支援，包括處理預約申請及提供辦公室行政服務；
- (5)處理有關社區參與項⽬及活動的⼀般公眾查詢；
- (6)為區議會轄下的委員會／⼯作⼩組提供後勤⽀援；及
- (7)在有需要時執⾏其他職務。
職責
- (1)To assist in the coordination of District Minor Works and conduct related site visits;
- (2)To assist in the coordination of joint departmental operations relating to district matters;
- (3)To assist in the coordination, promotion & organization of district programmes and activities initiated by District Office/District Council (DC);
- (4)To provide administrative support to matters in relation to Community Centre / Community Hall including booking application processing and office administration;
- (5)To deal with general enquiries on the Community Involvement campaigns & projects from the public;
- (6)To provide support to the Committees/Working Groups meetings under DC; and
- (7)To assist in other duties assigned.
入職條件
申請人必須 –
- (a)
- (i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等或以上成績，或具同等學歷
註1及2] ；或
(a)
- (ii)在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級／C級或以上成績，或具同等學歷
[註2及3] ；
(b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績
[註3] ；及
(c)具備良好電腦應用知識，如MS Word，Excel， PowerPoint，圖像及相片處理及中、英文文書處理。
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent

- (ii)Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent

- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent

- (c)good knowledge of various computer application, e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, graphic, photo processing and word-processing in both Chinese and English.

- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
