- (1)於伺服器團隊工作，負責處理日常的伺服器維護支援工作，以及安裝／設定不同硬件（包括企業級伺服器、刀鋒型伺服器系統、SAN儲存裝置等）和不同作業系統平台（包括Windows、Linux、vSphere、Hyper-V等），以保持伺服器環境的高可用性、高可靠度和高性能表現；
- (2)與其他技術團隊、應用團隊及供應商協調和合作，以支援日常或專案工作，包括但不限於可行性研究、產品評估、解決方案設計、容量調整、系統推行和測試、性能調整及故障檢修；
- (3)定期為伺服器安裝修補程式和軟件，並維護伺服器的健康狀況、資源使用率、各項伺服器服務的正常運作等；
- (4)評估軟件／修補程式的安裝／更新及相關新技術對伺服器的影響；
- (5)提供對伺服器的第一線和第二線隨時候召支援；
- (6)協助團隊處理行政工作，例如文件記錄、採購、硬件／軟件庫存更新、帳單處理及檔案管理等；
- (7)監督下屬處理上述職務；以及
- (8)執行主管指派的任何其他職務。
職責
- (1)To work in the Server Team, undertaking ongoing server maintenance support duties and installation/configuration of different hardware (including enterprise grade servers, blade server systems, SAN storages) and different operating system platforms (including Windows, Linux, vSphere, Hyper-V) for high availability, reliability and good performance server environment;
- (2)To coordinate and collaborate with other technical teams, application teams and vendors for ongoing or project-based activities, including but not limited to feasibility studies, product evaluations, solution design, capacity sizing, system implementation and testing, performance tuning and troubleshooting;
- (3)To perform regular patching and software delivery to servers, and maintain the servers’ healthiness, resources utilisation, normal operation of different kinds of server services, etc.;
- (4)To evaluate the impact to servers for software/patches installation/updates and the related new technologies;
- (5)To provide first-line and second-line standby on-call support of servers;
- (6)To assist the team to handle administration works, such as documentation, procurement, hardware/software inventory updating, bill processing and filing;
- (7)To supervise subordinates in handling the above tasks; and
- (8)To undertake any other tasks assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
- (1)持有本地大學頒授的資訊科技或電腦學學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (2)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前應為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前應為「E級」）或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
- (3)取得上述學歷資格後，在資訊科技行業累積不少於三年的全職工作經驗，其中至少兩年須負責為使用不同作業系統（例如Linux、Windows Server、VMware、Hyper-V等）的伺服器基礎設施提供日常支援和維護；
- (4)在以下至少一個領域具備豐富的實務經驗，並精通相關工具：Microsoft Windows Server 2016、2019、2022或更高版本、Ubuntu／Red Hat Enterprise Linux、VMware vSphere & vCenter、Microsoft Hyper-V、伺服器監控、伺服器強化及修補等；
- (5)精通以下至少一個範疇：（i）刀鋒型伺服器和SAN儲存硬件支援；（ii）全天候七天二十四小時第一線數據中心支援；以及（iii）資訊科技基礎設施支援，而有關設施支援兩個或以上具備高可用性裝置的數據中心；
- (6)持有相關資格者將獲優先考慮，例如Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE)／Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)；
- (7)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，以及良好的人際溝通技巧；以及
- (8)勤奮進取，具備良好的分析和解難能力。
- (1)A Hong Kong bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (IT) or Computer Studies, or equivalent;
- (2)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (3)A minimum of 3 years’ full-time post-qualification work experience in the IT field, of which a minimum of 2 years should be in ongoing support and maintenance of server infrastructure on various operating systems (e.g. Linux, Windows Server, VMware, Hyper-V);
- (4)Solid hands-on experience in at least one of the following areas and proficient in using the relevant tools: Microsoft Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 or above, Ubuntu / Red Hat Enterprise Linux, VMware vSphere & vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V, server monitoring, server hardening and patching, etc.;
- (5)Proficient in at least one of the following areas:
- (i)blade server and SAN storage hardware support;
- (ii)7x24 first line support for data centre; and
- (iii)supporting IT infrastructure with high availability setup across two or more data centres;
- (6)Preference will be given to holders of related certificates, such as Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) / Red Hat Certified System Administrator (RHCSA);
- (7)Good oral and written communication skills in both Chinese and English and good interpersonal skills; and
- (8)Diligent with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.
