- (a)協助處理和統籌各項有關籌備和舉行公共選舉的選舉工作；
- (b)協助聯絡相關政府部門及組織，宣傳及進行各種選舉活動和工作；
- (c)為辦公室運作和項目統籌提供行政支援；
- (d)為各委員會提供秘書支援服務；
- (e)協助處理查詢和督導支援人員的工作；以及
- (f)執行上級指派的任何其他職務。 註 2： 可能需要超時工作及在星期六、星期日及公眾假期工作。
職責
- (a)To assist in handling and coordinating various aspects of electoral work relating to the preparation and conduct of public elections;
- (b)To assist in liaising with relevant government departments and organizations for publicizing and conducting various electoral activities and operations;
- (c)To provide executive support in office operation and project coordination;
- (d)To provide secretarial support to boards and committees;
- (e)To assist in handling enquiries and supervising the work of support staff; and
- (f)To undertake any other duties assigned by supervisors.
Note 2:
May be required to work overtime and on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.

申請人必須—
- (a)持有香港任何一所大學頒發的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級（註1）或以上成績，或具同等學歷；
- (c)在取得學士學位後，具備至少五年全職工作經驗。如具備行政、地區性項目╱活動管理或在政府╱公共機構的相關工作經驗則更佳；
- (d)具備良好的中英文會話及書寫能力；
- (e)具備良好的電腦軟件應用知識；以及
- (f)具備良好的溝通及人際關係技巧。
註1：
就聘任而言，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級成績，在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級成績。
Candidates should have –
- (a)a bachelor’s degree from a university in Hong Kong, or equivalent;
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 (Note 1) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (c)at least five years’ post-degree full time working experience, preferably in administration, region-wide project/event management, or in government/public bodies;
- (d)good command of spoken and written English and Chinese;
- (e)proficiency in computer application; and
- (f)good communication and interpersonal skills.
Note 1:
For appointment purpose, ‘Grade C’ in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in the HKCEE before 2007 is accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Level 3’ in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth.
