總薪級表第3點（每月港幣10,885元）至總薪級表第13點（每月港幣20,160元）
職責
節目助理（資料室／資料庫藏），主要負責於櫃檯提供服務、處理資料及為庫藏編目、處理查詢、保管存貨、進行簡單資料搜集等。
（註：或需不定時工作和輪班當值，和在颱風，黑色暴雨警告及其他緊急情況下工作。）
A Programme Assistant in Library / Archive mainly provides counter services, data processing and cataloguing, handling enquiries, inventory keeping, simple researches, etc.
(Note: May be required to work irregular hours and shifts; and to work during typhoons, Rainstorm Black Warning and other emergencies.)
入職條件
申請人必須：
(a) (i) 香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（圖書館學科、資訊管理、媒體學科）或具同等學歷；或
(ii) 在香港高級程度會考考獲兩科及格，及在香港中學會考另外三科成績達C級或以上（可包括中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3等級成績），或具同等學歷；兼具一年與圖書館管理及／或媒體資產管理相關的工作經驗；或
(iii) 在香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，另有三科成績達E級或以上，或具同等學歷；兼具兩年相關工作經驗；及
(b) 符合語文能力要求，在香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科中考獲第2等級成績，或具同等學歷。
Candidates should have
(a) (i) an accredited diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Library Studies, Information Management, Media Studies) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; or
(ii) a pass in 2 subjects at advanced level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent, and 1 year’s relevant experience in library work and/or media asset management; or
(iii) Level 2 or above in Chinese language and English language together with 3 other subjects at Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant experience; and
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE, or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
(1) 沒有上述（b）項所述相等於香港中學會考中國語文科第2等級成績學歷的人士，如果符合其他入職條件，亦可提出申請。合適的申請人須通過公務員考試組安排的政府語文考試，方可獲聘任。
(2) 政府在聘任公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（課程乙）C級與E級的成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科分別第3等級與第2等級的成績。
(3) 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人如獲邀參加遴選面試，會獲安排於面試當日參加《基本法》筆試。筆試會於面試開始前或結束後舉行。申請人在《基本法》知識測試的表現，是評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
(4) 於職位申請截止日起計三個月內將取得訂明學歷的申請人，亦可申請。申請人需圓滿考獲所要求學術資格方獲考慮聘任。
(5) 申請人出席招聘面試，須於事前或事後提供文件證明其具備相關學歷和經驗。
(6) 如已修讀並完成本地專上院校所開辦與新聞、電台／電視製作及／或媒體資產管理相關的學科，或具同等學歷，請在表格GF 340 (Rev.1/2011)第A(II)部份“就學詳情”一欄清楚列明。
