職責
A Survey Officer Trainee (Quantity) is mainly deployed on undergoing a 3-year on-the-job training which would involve attending courses and on assisting in -
- (a)taking-off quantities;
- (b)the preparation of contract documents for tender action and arrangement for execution of contract;
- (c)measuring up completed works on site and/or from drawings;
- (d)the preparation of project estimates; and
- (e)processing data by applying quantity surveying computer software. [See Note (C)]
入職條件
申請人須 –
- (a)
- (i)持有香港其中一間理工大學／理工學院，或香港專業教育學院／工業學院／科技學院頒發的測量(工料)學或建築學證書，或同等學歷；或(ii)香港中學會考數學科考獲C級或以上成績，及另外4科(包括物理)考獲第2等級／E級或以上成績，或持有同等學歷(註：可包括中國語文科和英國語文科。)；以及(b)符合語文能力要求，即香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或持有同等學歷。[請參閱註(A)及(B)]
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)obtained a Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Studies from a Hong Kong polytechnic university / polytechnic or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education (IVE) / technical institute / technical college, or equivalent; or
- (ii)Grade C or above in Mathematics and Level 2 / Grade E or above in four other subjects including Physics in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent
(Note: The subjects may include Chinese Language and English Language.) ; and (b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE, or equivalent. [See Notes (A) and (B)]
入職條件(註)
- (A)過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年及其後的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級和第2等級的成績。
- (B)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。應徵者會被安排參加基本法筆試。應徵者在基本法知識測試的表現，會用作評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
- (C)受聘人或會調派於決策局或其他政府部門工作。
