Assistant Building Services Inspector
總薪級表第13點（每月22,165元）至總薪級表第23點（每月35,930元）
職責
助理屋宇裝備督察主要負責
(a) 協助監督房屋委員會轄下樓宇的屋宇裝備安裝工程及維修保養工程的合約；以及
(b) 監督初級地盤人員及承辦商。
An Assistant Building Services Inspector is mainly deployed to -
(a) assist in the supervision of building services installation and maintenance works carried out under contracts for buildings under the Housing Authority's purview; and
(b) supervise junior site staff and contractors.
入職條件
申請人須(a) 持有香港理工大學／理工學院，或香港專業教育學院，或工業學院／科技學院或同級院校所頒發的電機工程、機械工程、電力裝置及屋宇裝備或屋宇裝備工程文憑或高級証書，或具備同等學歷； (b) 在取得上述資格後，具有3年與屋宇裝備安裝工程及維修保養工程有關的工作經驗; 及(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績[參閱註(1)]。
Candidates should have (a) a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Installation and Building Services, or Building Services Engineering from a Hong Kong polytechnic university/polytechnic, the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education or technical institute/ technical college, or equivalent; (b) three years' relevant post-qualification experience in building services installation and maintenance works; and (c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (see Note (1)).
入職條件(註)
1. 政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)Ｃ級及Ｅ級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
2. 為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。應徵者如獲邀參加遴選面試，會被安排於面試當日參加基本法筆試。筆試會於面試開始前或結束後舉行。應徵者在基本法知識測試的表現，會用作評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
