- (c)處理採購及相關文書事宜。
註：
或需不定時工作和輪班當值，和在颱風、黑色暴雨警告及其他緊急情況下工作。

總薪級表第3點(每月港幣11,975元)至總薪級表第13點(每月港幣22,165元)
職責
Programme Assistant in Make-up / Costume / Hairdressing (Make-up) is mainly deployed on
- (a)performing as make-up artist;
- (b)inventory keeping; and
- (c)handling procurement and related clerical matters.
Note:
May be required to work irregular hours and shifts, and to work during typhoons, Rainstorm Black Warning and other emergencies.
入職條件
申請人必須：
- (a)
- (i)持有香港的專上院校頒授獲認可的文憑，主修相關或有關連的學科（時裝、形象設計、舞台及娛樂藝術），或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)在香港高級程度會考獲兩科及格，及在香港中學會考另外三科成績達C級或以上(可包括中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3等級成績)，或具同等學歷；或在香港中學文憑考試五科(可包括中國語文科及英國語文科)考獲第3級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；兼具一年與化妝、服裝製作、形象設計、髮飾、劇場／舞台製作支援相關的工作經驗；或
- (iii)在香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科中考獲第2等級或以上成績，另有三科成績達E級或以上，或具同等學歷；或在香港中學文憑考試五科(須包括中國語文科及英國語文科)考獲第2級或同等[參閱註(1)]或以上成績，或具同等學歷；兼具兩年相關工作經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學會考或香港中學文憑考試中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具同等成績。
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)an accredited diploma in a relevant or related discipline (Fashion, Image Design, Theatre and Entertainment Art) from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; or
- (ii)a pass in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (HKALE) and Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; or Level 3 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which may include Level 3 in Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; and 1 year’s relevant experience in make-up, costume-making, image design, hairdressing, theatre / stage support ; or
- (iii)Level 2 or above in Chinese language and English language together with 3 other subjects at Grade E or above in the HKCEE, or equivalent; or Level 2 or equivalent [See Note (1)] or above in five subjects in the HKDSEE (which should include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; and 2 years’ relevant experience; and
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the HKCEE or HKDSEE, or equivalent.
入職條件(註)
- (1)政府在聘任公務員時，香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)政府在聘任公務員時，過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級與E級的成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科分別第3等級與第2等級的成績。
- (3)為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，所有公務員職位的招聘，均會包括《基本法》知識的評核。申請人如獲邀參加技能測試，會被安排於技能測試當日參加《基本法》知識筆試。申請人在《基本法》知識測試的表現，是評核其整體表現的其中一個考慮因素。
- (4)於職位申請截止日起計三個月內將取得訂明學歷的申請人，亦可申請。申請人需圓滿考獲所要求學術資格方獲考慮聘任。
- (5)申請人須技能測試合格，方獲進一步考慮。
- (6)申請人出席招聘面試，須於事前或事後提供文件證明其具備相關學歷和經驗。
