- (a)支援軟硬件及網絡設備的使用，包括：
- (i)安裝及裝配；
- (ii)使用者支援及解難；
- (iii)系統更新及保養；
- (iv)庫存及採購；
- (b)支援網上電子學習平台；
- (c)支援學校WebSAMS系統、內聯網及電子收費系統；
- (d)編寫及更新學校網頁；
- (e)協助學校推行資訊科技教學及操作影音設備；
- (f)或須不定時或超時工作；以及
- (g)校方指派的其他工作。
職責
- (a)To support the use of computer hardware, software and network equipments including:
- (i)installation and configuration;
- (ii)user support and troubleshooting;
- (iii)system update and maintenance;
- (iv)stock keeping and procurement;
- (b)To support online learning platforms;
- (c)To support WebSAMS, school intranet and electronic payment system;
- (d)To design and update school webpage;
- (e)To assist in promoting IT education and operating audio-visual equipment;
- (f)Work on shift or overtime may be required; and
- (g)Other duties assigned by the school.
入職條件
- (a)完成中六學業或以上程度，或具同等學歷及一年資訊科技訓練；
- (b)持有微軟專業認證(Microsoft Certified Professional)；
- (c)熟悉Windows server 2000/2003/2008/2012的一般行政運作優先；
- (d)具電腦網絡操作經驗者優先；
- (e)具任職學校相關經驗者優先；
- (f)具備一年資訊科技技術支援經驗；
- (g)能書寫流暢中、英文並操流利粵語；以及
- (h)面試者或須接受技能測試及/或筆試。
- (a)Completion of Secondary 6 or above, or equivalent and at least 1 year IT training;
- (b)Holder of Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certification;
- (c)Familiar with common administration tasks for Windows server 2000/ 2003/ 2008/ 2012;
- (d)Experience in operating computer network preferred;
- (e)Working experience in school preferred:
- (f)At least 1 year relevant working experience in IT technical support;
- (g)Good command of written Chinese and English, and fluent in Cantonese; and
- (h)May be required to take trade test and/or written test.
