- (a)為免費優質幼稚園教育計劃的相關事務提供專業的支援；
- (b)為幼稚園各項資助計劃提供專業及行政支援；
- (c)協助發展及管理電子申請系統；
- (d)為有關幼稚園的簡介會/會議提供後勤支援；
- (e)整理統計數據、撰寫報告，處理立法會議員、傳媒及公眾的查詢；
- (f)就有關幼稚園教育及幼稚園管理事宜與業界、政府政策局/部門聯絡；以及
- (g)執行上司指派的其他職務。獲取錄的申請人按工作上的需要，或須不定時工作，實際的工作時間將由上司按工作情況安排。

職責
- (a)to provide professional support on matters related to Free Quality Kindergarten Education Scheme;
- (b)to provide administrative and professional support in various kindergarten subsidy schemes;
- (c)to assist in developing and managing an E-Application System;
- (d)to provide logistic support on briefing sessions/meetings for kindergartens;
- (e)to compile statistics, prepare reports and deal with enquiries from Legislative Councillors, the media and public, etc.;
- (f)to assist to liaise with kindergarten sector, government bureaux/ departments on matters related to kindergarten education and management of kindergartens; and
- (g)to perform other duties as required by supervisors. The successful candidate may be required to work irregular hours having regard to the operational needs and the actual working hour pattern will be arranged by the supervisor.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)持有本港專上教育機構所頒授的教育證書；或具備同等學歷；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級[參閱註]或以上成績，或具備同等成績；
- (d)取得學士學位後，具有至少4年的教育行政經驗；
- (e)能以中英文與人有效溝通；
- (f)處事盡責、積極主動及對工作有熱誠；
- (g)須品格良好；以及
- (h)具幼兒教育及/或香港特別行政區政府工作經驗者優先。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
- (b)a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent;
- (c)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 (Note) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent;
- (d)at least four years' relevant post-degree experience in educational administration;
- (e)be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English;
- (f)be responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
- (g)have a fine character and integrity; and
- (h)preference will be given to candidates who have working experience in the early childhood education sector and/ or the HKSAR Government.
