職責
- (a)assisting in drawing up the operational and contingency plans of Outside Broadcast events and productions;
- (b)working out technical requirements and monitoring the performances of contractors to meet production needs;
- (c)managing the administrative work, procurement, government resources, inventory and equipment of the section;
- (d)supervising staff and contractors and allocating job assignments; and
- (e)coordinating and liaising with government departments, local and overseas broadcasters and various parties.
Note:
Successful candidate may be required to work outdoors and outside office; to work irregular hours, over-night shifts and weekends; and to work during typhoons, Black Rainstorm Signal and other emergencies.

- (iv)在香港中學文憑考試五科(可包括中國語文科及英國語文科)考獲第3級或同等或以上成績，或具備同等學歷；或在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級／C級或以上成績(可包括中國語文科及英國語文科)，或具備同等學歷[請參閱註(1)]；並具有九年全職的活動管理或電視外勤廣播製作／綜藝節目的技術／運作統籌經驗，以在媒體／公營機構的經驗為佳；或 <br>

- (v)對微軟Word、Excel、Picture Manager及AutoCAD有豐富認識； <br>
- (vi)具備良好溝通及組織能力；及／或 <br>
- (vii)能在壓力下獨立工作 <br>則更為理想。
Candidates should have – <br>
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent; and 4 years’ full-time experience in event management or technical / operation coordination of TV outside broadcast productions / variety shows, preferably in a media organisation / public sector; OR <br>
- (ii)an accredited Associate Degree or an accredited Higher Diploma, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 6 years’ full-time experience in event management or technical / operation coordination of TV outside broadcast productions / variety shows, preferably in a media organisation / public sector; OR <br>
- (iii)an accredited Diploma, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 8 years’ full-time experience in event management or technical / operation coordination of TV outside broadcast productions / variety shows, preferably in a media organisation / public sector; OR <br>
- (iv)Level 3 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent; or Grade E or above in 2 subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3/Grade C or above in 3 other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE) (which may include Chinese Language and English Language), or equivalent [See Note (1)]; and 9 years’ full-time experience in event management or technical / operation coordination of TV outside broadcast productions / variety shows, preferably in a media organisation / public sector; OR <br>
- (v)Level 2 or equivalent or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE, or equivalent; or Level 2/Grade E or above in 5 subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in HKCEE, or equivalent [See Notes
- (1)& (2)]; and 10 years’ full-time experience in event management or technical / operation coordination of TV outside broadcast productions / variety shows, preferably in a media organisation / public sector; AND <br>
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent [See Note (2)]. <br> <br>Candidates who possess – <br>
- (i)experience in organising large-scale events with live coverage on international or local TV; <br>
- (ii)work experience in government or public sector; <br>
- (iii)sound knowledge of TV outside broadcast production and transmission; <br>
- (iv)sound knowledge of professional audio / stage lighting equipment; <br>
- (v)sound knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Picture Manager and AutoCAD; <br>
- (vi)good communication and organisation skills; and/or <br>
- (vii)ability to work independently under pressure <br>will have an advantage.
