- (1)在合約前後兩個階段協助履行與工料測量職務相關的工作，例如費用預算、建築工料清單、合約文件、標書評審和標書評審報告、工程臨時估價、最後帳目結算和申索；以及 <br>
- (2)採購和管理顧問協議、工程合約和維修保養工程定期合約。
職責
- (1)To assist in performing pre-contract and post-contract aspects of quantity surveying duties, e.g. cost estimates, bills of quantities, contract documents, tender assessment and reporting, interim valuation of works, settlement of final accounts and claims; and <br>
- (2)To procure and administer consultant agreements, works contracts and maintenance term contracts.
入職條件
- (1)為香港測量師學會工料測量組正式會員或具備同等資格； <br>
- (2)取得上述資格後在工料測量方面累積至少一年的工作經驗； <br>
- (3)在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科（2007年以前為「課程乙」）取得第2等級（2007年以前為「E級」）或以上成績，或同等成績； <br>
- (4)擁有政府樓宇維修保養定期合約工作經驗者將獲優先考慮； <br>
- (5)具備良好的中、英文會話和書寫能力，並熟悉電腦操作； <br>
- (6)具備良好的組織、分析、人際及項目策劃／項目管理技巧；以及 <br>
- (7)勤奮進取，並具備良好的分析和解難能力。
- (1)Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (HKIS) in the Quantity Surveying Division, or equivalent; <br>
- (2)At least one year’s post-qualification experience in quantity surveying; <br>
- (3)Level 2 (Grade E before 2007) or above in both Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; <br>
- (4)Preference will be given to candidates with experience in government building maintenance term contracts; <br>
- (5)Good verbal and written communication skills and high proficiency in computer usage; <br>
- (6)Good organisation, analytical, interpersonal, project planning/project management skills; and <br>
- (7)Diligent, with great initiative and good analytical and problem solving abilities.

2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
