• (a)To conduct research on innovation and technology related issues (including social media), and write up reports based on the research findings and analysis; <br>
• (b)To assist in drafting articles and speeches; <br>
• (c)To assist in drafting replies to public enquiries; <br>
• (d)To assist in managing social media platforms and vendors; <br>
• (e)To assist in the conduct of community engagement exercises; and <br>
• (f)To perform other duties as required by senior officers.

Candidates should : - <br>

• (a)have a bachelor degree preferably in journalism, communication, marketing or government administration from a local university, or equivalent; and a minimum of 5 years’ full-time post-qualification working experience; <br>
• (b)have a good understanding of the government system and community affairs; <br>
• (c)have good knowledge of the Innovation and Technology ecosystem; <br>
• (d)have effective research skills, including the use of online resources; experience in writing up research reports is an advantage; <br>
• (e)have good knowledge in social media platforms and research tools; at least 2 years' working experience in social media accounts/pages and vendor management is an advantage; <br>
• (f)have knowledge and skills in graphic, multimedia design, layout and video production; <br>
• (g)have good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; <br>
• (h)have strong communication, organisational and presentation skills; and <br>
  • (i)be mature, self-motivated and able to work irregular hours.
