- (a)為資優教育項目及與資優教育基金有關的項目提供行政支援服務；
- (b)統籌相關項目的工作坊／研討會，並提供後勤支援；

職責
- (a)To provide administrative support for the gifted education projects and projects related to the Gifted Education Fund;
- (b)To coordinate and provide logistics support to workshops / seminars on the related projects;
- (c)To assist in compiling and preparing materials related to the School-based Gifted Development Programmes and handling enquiries on the related Programmes;
- (d)To assist Curriculum Development Officers in conducting national and international competitions and liaising with related parties and organisations;
- (e)To perform administrative duties related to the day-to-day operation of the Gifted Education Section; and
- (f)To undertake any other duties assigned.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷[參閱註(i)]；
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[參閱註(ii)]；
- (c)中英文良好；
- (d)在取得有關學位後，具備最少1年全職行政工作經驗者優先[參閱註(iii)]；以及
- (e)熟悉中、英文輸入法及電腦操作者優先，包括文書處理、試算表及簡報軟件。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [See Note (i)];
- (b)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (ii)];
- (c)Good command of Chinese and English;
- (d)At least one year of full-time post-degree working experience in administrative work preferred [See Note (iii)]; and
- (e)Proficient in Chinese and English input methods and computer operations preferred, such as word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
