- (a)協助民政事務處職員準備有關選民登記的工作，並監督選民登記助理的工作﹔
- (b)協助民政事務處職員進行家訪，為市民辦理選民登記手續或更新選民資料﹔
- (c)協助民政事務處職員於區內設立選民登記處﹔
- (d)就有關選民登記事宜向民政事務處職員作出報告﹔
- (e)協助民政事務處職員舉行有關選民登記的活動﹔
- (f)協調民政事務處職員及選民登記助理之間的溝通﹔及
- (g)協助處理有關選民登記的查詢及在有需要時執行其他有關選民登記的職務。

職責
- (a)To assist the District Office staff in the preparation work for the Voter Registration Campaign, including supervision of Voter Registration Assistants (VRAs);
- (b)To assist the District Office staff in carrying out household visits to register new voters and update voters’ information;
- (c)To assist the District Office staff in setting up Voter Registration counters throughout the district;
- (d)To report to the District Office staff on the Voter Registration Campaign;
- (e)To assist the District Office staff in organising any activities related to the Voter Registration Campaign;
- (f)To assist in the communication between the District Office staff and VRAs; and
- (g)To assist in answering enquiries and handling any other duties relating to the Voter Registration Campaign as assigned by the District Office staff.
入職條件
- (a)新高中科目/香港中學文憑考試五科成績達第3級或以上，包括中國語文科及英國語文科；或 香港高級程度會考兩科及格，以及香港中學會考另外三科成績達C級或以上，包括中國語文科及英國語文科(2007年之前 “課程乙”)或具同等學歷[參閱註]﹔及
- (b)能操粵語及英語，能說其他語言或方言更佳。
註：
2007年或之後的香港中學會考「第3級」成績，在行政上會視為等同2007年之前的香港中學會考「C級」成績。
- (a)Five subjects of Level 3 or above in New Senior Secondary subjects or equivalent in Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, including Chinese Language and English Language; or Grade E or above in two subjects at Hong Kong Advance Level Examination and Grade C or above in three other subjects in Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination, including Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B before 2007) or equivalent [see Note]; and
- (b)Able to speak Cantonese and English. Fluency in other spoken language
- (s)or dialect
- (s)would be an advantage.
Note:
‘Level 3’ in the 2007 HKCEE or henceforth is accepted administratively as comparable to ‘Grade C’ in the HKCEE before 2007.

- (2)有關科目可包括中國語文及英國語文科。
- (3)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
