職責
高級項目經理的主要職務如下：
(a) 制訂和推行公眾參與計劃，以蒐集有關持份者(特別是兒童)對兒童相關事宜的意見；
(b) 支援和推行各項公共關係及宣傳運動／項目（例如研討會／講座、典禮和比賽）；
(c) 開展透過印刷、電子和社交媒體推行的推廣措施；
(d) 為兒童事務委員會的工作小組提供秘書處支援；以及
(e) 因應需要執行其他職務。

The main duties of the Senior Project Manager are:
(a) To formulate and implement public engagement plan to gauge views of stakeholders (and children in particular) on children-related matters;
(b) To support and implement various public relations and publicity campaigns/ events, such as seminars/ talks, ceremonies and competitions;
(c) To roll out promotional initiatives through the printed, electronic and social media;
(d) To provide secretariat support for the Working Group of the Commission on Children; and
(e) To carry out any other duties as and when required.

(c) 具備卓越的人際及溝通技巧，能夠(以文書和語言)與內部及外間持份者(包括商界、政府各決策局／部門、非政府機構、學校等等)有效溝通；
(d) 具有優秀的中英文書寫能力，英語及粵語流暢，在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考英國語文科和中國語文科考獲第3等級或以上的成績，或同等成績[參閱註(2)]；以及
(e) 懂得使用電腦軟件，包括MS Word、PowerPoint、Excel及Adobe Illustrator。

Candidates should:
(a) have a Bachelor's or higher degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, preferably in the fields of communication, public relations, media or marketing;
(b) have at least 8 years' post-degree full-time work experience in public affairs, corporate communication, public relations, promotions or event management. Hands-on experience on the use of social media for promotion would be an advantage [See Note (1)];
(c) have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate effectively (both written and spoken) with internal and external stakeholders, including the business sector, Government bureaux/departments, non-governmental organisations, schools, etc.;
(d) have excellent writing proficiency in English and Chinese, be fluent in spoken English and Cantonese, with Level 3 or above in English Language and Chinese Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (2)]; and
(e) be proficient in computer software applications including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe Illustrator.
