獲錄用者將派往其中一個組別為各項有關青年發展的計劃執行以下職務-
- (a)協助監察日常運作及青年廣場服務承辦商的表現；
- (b)協助籌辦推廣活動；
- (c)協助研究和調查；並處理、整合和分析有關數據；
- (d)協助起草演辭及回覆;
- (e)為辦公室日常管理提供行政支援工作；以及/或
- (f)執行上司指派的其他工作。
職責
Successful candidate will be deployed to one of the teams to provide assistance in various youth development-related schemes in the following duties –
- (a)assist in monitoring the daily operation and performance of service contractors of Youth Square;
- (b)assist in organising promotional activities and events;
- (c)assist in research and survey; and process, consolidate and analyse related data;
- (d)drafting speeches and replies;
- (e)provide administrative support to the day-to-day management of the office; and/or
- (f)perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
入職條件
申請人必須︰
- (a)為香港特別行政區永久性居民；
- (b)為本地或海外專上院校全日制學士課程學生，並將於2023/24學年就讀三年級或以上級別的學位課程；修讀工商管理或公共行政相關課程者或會獲優先考慮；以及
- (c)熟悉Microsoft Office軟件的操作。
Applicants should –
- (a)be permanent residents of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
- (b)be students pursuing a full-time Bachelor degree entering Year 3 or above in the school year of 2023/24 offered by post-secondary institutions locally or overseas. Priority may be given to candidates majoring in business administration or public administration; and
- (c)be proficient in the application of Microsoft Office.

- (a)持有本港以外學歷的申請人，必須遞交該學歷證明書副本及修業成績副本，以作評審及確定是否與職位所要求的本地學歷水平相若。
