職責
合約助理電話中心經理的主要職責是(a)為電話中心的電腦、通用系統、網絡及項目管理提供技術支援;(b)評估電腦和網絡系統的性能和適當性,並監督其採購、測試、安裝和操作;(c)監督電話中心電腦和網絡系統的穩定性;(d)協助製作電話中心的表現報告;(e)協助研發擬議的信息管理系統及其為未來發展所需的系統遷移;以及(f)協助電話中心經理處理中心的日常工作,包括督導客戶服務代表、執行培訓工作、及處理客戶諮詢和投訴等。
(註: 每兩週規定工作時數為99小時、須輪班工作和不定時工作,以及在天氣惡劣(如颱風及黑色暴雨)期間工作。)

A Contract Assistant Call Centre Manager is mainly deployed on (a) providing technical support for computer, general system, network and project management; (b) assessing the performance and appropriateness of computer and network systems and oversee their procurement, testing, installation and operation; (c) overseeing the stability and effectiveness of computer and network systems; (d) assisting to prepare the performance report of call centre; (e) assisting the research and development of the proposed information management system and its migration for future developments; and (f) assisting the Call Centre Manager to discharge his daily administrative work including the supervision of Customer Service Officer, conducting training session and handling customer enquiry and complaint, etc.
(Note: The normal working hour is 99 hours per two weeks. May be required to work on shift, in irregular hours and in adverse weather such as typhoon and black rainstorm warning signal.)

入職條件
申請人必須(a)(i)在香港中學文憑考試五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績[註1],或具同等學歷;或(ii)在香港中學會考五科包括中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級/E級或以上成績[註2],或具同等學歷;(b) 具備至少五年或以上電話中心行政及系統技術支援的全職工作經驗;(c) 熟悉電話中心管理和運作;(d) 操流利粵語及英語,能操流利普通話更佳;(e)良好顧客服務及溝通技巧;及(f)分析能力強及能夠獨立工作。
Candidates should have: (a)(i) attained Level 2 or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent (Note 1); or (ii) attained Level 2 or Grade E or above in five subjects including Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note 2); (b) at least five years full-time working experience in call centre administration and technical system support experience; (c) good knowledge in call centre management and operation experience; (d) a good command of oral in Cantonese and English, fluent Putonghua is an advantage; (e) good customer service and communication skills; and (f) strong analytical skills and be able to work independently.
