• 1.To supervise Stadium Assistants;
• 2.To handle general enquiries and to provide customer services;
• 3.To supervise the performance of contractors for catering, security and cleansing services;
• 4.To assist in first aid services, handling accidents, injuries and any emergency incidents;
• 5.To prepare the venue set-up, decoration and facilities for the events and tidy up after the events;
• 6.To assist in enforcing the Stadia Regulation and the Conditions for the Use of Stadium; and
• 7.To perform other duties as assigned by Stadium Staff.

【Note: Appointees may be required to work outdoor, in inclement weather or environments affected by sound effects. To perform duties, appointees may be required to walk up and down steep staircases, and stand or walk for a prolonged period of time for patrolling the Stadium.】

Applicants should:

• (a)completed Form 5 with Level 2【Note】or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent;
• (b)at least 2 years’ full-time (or 3 years’ part-time) working experience in major performing venues or sports venues;
• (c)be able to speak Cantonese and English fluently; have some knowledge of Putonghua.

Possession of the following will be an advantage:

• (a)experience in ushering, security duties, customer services or organising recreational activities;
• (b)a valid First Aid Certificate.
