- (a)協助土地註冊處法律事務部就根據《土地註冊條例》（第128章）註冊文書的事宜及土地註冊處的日常運作提供法律意見；以及
- (b)進行法律研究。

月薪港幣11,500元
職責
Successful candidates will be appointed to work in the Legal Services Division (LSD) of the Land Registry and be expected to-
- (a)assist the LSD in providing legal advice on the registration of instruments under the Land Registration Ordinance (Cap.128) and the daily operation of the Land Registry; and
- (b)conduct legal research.
入職條件
申請人須—
- (a)現時為本地或海外專上院校修讀全日制法學士學位課程的學生，或具備同等學歷；
- (b)已修畢二年級或以上課程，包括土地法科目，或具備同等學歷；
- (c)具備良好中英文書寫及口語能力；
- (d)具備良好的研究技巧；以及
- (e)熟悉文書處理和一般電腦應用知識。
Candidates should-
- (a)be students currently enrolled in full-time Bachelor of Laws degree programme (LLB) offered by local/overseas post-secondary institutions, or equivalent;
- (b)have completed the second year of study or above including Land Law courses, or equivalent;
- (c)have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
- (d)possess good research skills; and
- (e)have good knowledge of word processing and general PC applications.
