- (a)協助統籌新聞發放，包括發布新聞稿與宣傳文章、大眾傳播研究、為宣傳活動與媒體採訪進行傳媒聯絡及安排媒體事務；
- (b)協助推行宣傳計劃，以及安排透過廣告宣傳媒介進行宣傳，包括電視及電台政府宣傳片、電視及電台節目、網上和戶外廣告等；
- (c)擔任教育局員工通訊季刊《脈搏》的執行編輯，並為教育局在報章和雜誌的印刷版和電子版平台上的專欄提供編輯支援；

職責
- (a)To assist information dissemination including issuance of press releases and promotional articles, conduct media research, handle media arrangements and media liaison for publicity events and media interviews;
- (b)To implement publicity plan on projects and to arrange publicity package through TV/radio APIs, TV and radio programmes, as well as online and outdoor media, etc.;
- (c)To take up the role of executive editor for the Education Bureau (EDB) staff newsletter "The Pulse" and to provide editorial support for EDB's columns in print and electronic platforms of newspapers and magazines;
- (d)To assist proofreading and vetting of publicity materials and publications;
- (e)To prepare returns on publicity projects and to perform any other duties as and when required; and
- (f)Required to work on early shift and outside normal office hours.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷 [見註(i)及(ii)]；
- (b)中英文書寫能力良好、操流利粵語及英語；
- (c)在取得學位後最少5年從事新聞業、宣傳事務或公共關係的經驗；
- (d)具備良好溝通、人際及表達技巧；
- (e)熟識教育新聞；
- (f)掌握相片拍攝和編輯、圖像設計及影片拍攝和剪接的基本知識和技巧；以及
- (g)能在緊迫的期限內完成獲指派的工作及熟識電腦運用，包括文書處理。

- (c)At least 5 years' post-degree working experience in the fields of journalism, publicity or public relations;
- (d)Good communication, inter-personal and presentation skills;
- (e)Good understanding of topical educational issues;
- (f)Basic knowledge and skills in photo shooting and editing, graphic design as well as video shooting and editing; and
- (g)Be able to meet tight deadlines and be computer-literate, including word processing.
Remarks: Shortlisted candidates may be required to attend a written test on the day of interview.
