二級合作事業督察主要被調派督導市區合作社及儲蓄互助社的運作及帳目，包括出席各社的大會及理事會會議；協助提供合作事業訓練；就成立市區合作社及儲蓄互助社提供意見；及審計/審查合作社和儲蓄互助社的帳目。

職責
A Co-operative Supervisor II is mainly deployed on supervising the operation and accounts of urban co-operative societies and credit unions, including attendance at their general and committee meetings; assisting in co-operative training; advising in the formation of urban co-operative societies and credit unions; and conducting audit/ examination of the accounts of co-operative societies and credit unions.
Note:
May be required to work irregular hours.
入職條件
申請人必須：
- (a)持有認可機構發出的會計文憑或高級證書，或具同等學歷；
- (b)在專業會計及核數師樓、商業機構或銀行有三年會計或核數經驗；
- (c)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等成績(註一)；及
- (d)在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績(註二)。
Candidates should have –
- (a)a Diploma or Higher Certificate in Accounting issued by recognised examination authority, or equivalent;
- (b)three years’ accounting or auditing experience in a firm of professional accountants and auditors, or a commercial firm, or a banking institution;
- (c)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (Note 1); and
- (d)a pass result in the Basic Law and National Security Law Test (Note 2).
入職條件(註)
- (1)政府在聘任公務員時，2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級成績， 在行政上會被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
- (2)政府會測試所有應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》及《香港國安法》知識。在《基本法及香港國安法》測試取得及格成績是所有公務員職位的入職條件。申請人必須在《基本法及香港國安法》測試中取得及格成績方會獲考慮聘用。如申請人在申請公務員職位時仍未曾參加相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試或未曾在相關的《基本法及香港國安法》測試考獲及格成績，仍可作出申請。他們會被安排在招聘過程中參加相關《基本法及香港國安法》測試。
