職責
- (a)To support IT projects related to data management and data sharing;
- (b)To collate comments on the project deliverables received from different stakeholders;
- (c)To monitor the quality and delivery schedule of projects;
- (d)To facilitate effective communication among different sections in the Education Bureau (EDB), other Bureaux/Departments and external consultants;
- (e)To arrange Continuing Professional Development activities about information technology for EDB staff;
- (f)To monitor the quality of external consultants and training providers;
- (g)To maintain an internal IT knowledge sharing platform; and
- (h)To perform other duties assigned by supervisor.
入職條件
- (a)持有香港所頒授的學士學位，或具備同等學歷 [見註(i)]；
- (b)中英文良好並符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具備同等成績 [見註(ii)]；
- (c)在取得學位後，具備至少1年全職數據管理及/或項目管理相關的工作經驗，曾在政府或公營機構任職者優先 [見註(iii)]；
- (d)精通常用電腦應用程式，包括文書處理、簡報軟件、試算表、教學影片製作、數據庫管理及網頁設計；
- (e)良好的溝通、人際關係及表達技巧；以及
- (f)良好的分析及解決問題能力。
- (a)A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent [see Note (i)];
- (b)A good command of both Chinese and English and met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [see Note (ii)];
- (c)At least 1 year of post-degree full-time working experience related to data management and / or project management, working experience in government or public sector organisations preferred [see Note (iii)];
- (d)Proficient in common computer applications, including word-processing, presentation software, spreadsheet, instructional video production, database management and webpage design;
- (e)Good communication, interpersonal and presentation skills; and
- (f)Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
