- (a)協助語文支援主任進行校本語文研究及發展工作，包括文獻概覽、蒐集及整理最新語文學、教、評的資訊、錄影、分析課堂，以及進行訪問等；
- (b)協助組別主管進行每年兩次問卷調查，了解校本課程發展對接受本組支援的學校的成效；
- (c)協助支援主任總結校本經驗，並通過本組網頁、刊物及專業發展活動推廣良好教學策略；

- (e)參與本組支援新高中中國語文課程實施的追蹤研究計劃。

職責
- (a)To assist language support officers to conduct school-based in-depth studies on various language focuses which include reviewing literature, collecting and compiling latest information on language teaching, learning and assessment, video-taping and analysing lessons, conducting interviews, etc.;
- (b)To assist the team head to conduct biannual evaluation with schools on the impact of school-based curriculum development for schools receiving intensive support;
- (c)To provide support in conceptualising and disseminating good practices through the homepage, publications and professional development activities;
- (d)To assist in building up a resource and data bank which facilitates data, information and knowledge management at team and section levels; and
- (e)To participate in the longitudinal research project undertaken by the Section on the support for the implementation of the New Senior Secondary Chinese Language Curriculum.
入職條件
- (a)持有本港頒授的學位或同等學歷，主修中國語文可獲優先考慮[參閱註(1)]；
- (b)具備一年教學及研究相關經驗可獲優先考慮；
- (c)擁有良好中國語文水平，於香港中學會考中國語文科取得第3等級或以上，或同等成績[參閱註(2)]；
- (d)具良好資訊科技能力(熟悉微軟辦公室軟件、中文輸入法、網頁設計及多媒體工具應用)；以及
- (e)掌握良好溝通、交際及表達技巧。
- (a)A Hong Kong degree, or equivalent, major in Chinese Language is an advantage [see Note 1];
- (b)1 year of research and teaching experience preferred;
- (c)Good command of Chinese Language with Level 3 or above in HKCEE or equivalent [see Note 2];
- (d)Good IT skills (familiar with MS Office, Chinese input method, Web page creation and Multimedia tools application); and
- (e)Good communication skills, team player, self-motivated and pleasant personality.
入職條件(註)
- (1)申請人須在申請表上清楚註明所修讀學位課程的主修和副修科目。申請人如有其他學歷(例如碩士或博士學位)，亦須一併在申請表上列明。
- (2)過往香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙)C級及E級的成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或以後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3等級和第2等級的成績。
