To assist in providing suggestions and support to schools to develop whole-school curriculum for students' whole-person development, including: (a) to conduct professional development programmes to develop whole-school curriculum for students' whole-person development; (b) to facilitate development of Other Learning Experiences (OLE), in particular for education in career and life planning and preparation of multiple pathways; (c) to take charge of related learning IT resources (such as OLE Web Data-bank, the latest electronic course searching tool "e-Navigator" and electronic SLP Platform); (d) to assist in facilitating student-centred learning under New Academic Structure such as developing teaching strategies, collecting students voices (e.g. student focus group interviews), and promoting assessment as learning through Student Learning Profile (SLP) and other means; and (e) to perform any other duties as required by the Administration for enhancing the quality of education in schools.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent; and a certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary educational institution, or equivalent [see Note (ii)]; (b) 'Level 2' results in the two language papers [Use of Chinese (UC) and Use of English (UE)] in the Common Recruitment Examination (CRE), or equivalent [see Notes (iii)]; and (c) at least 6 years' relevant post-qualification experience in teaching or curriculum development in secondary schools, with some experience at supervisory level; preference will be given to candidates with relevant experiences in developing whole-school curriculum, "education in career and life planning" with concrete pedagogy, and monitoring related IT resources.
