Senior Information Technology Officer (Web Applications)
月薪港幣32,000元
職責
1. 進行業務及系統要求研究，設計及分析一站式網站、應用系統及數據庫並執行方案;
2. 於開發程式期間提供技術上的建議及支援，並參與測試，以確保程式的運作安全、穩定和容易使用;
3. 與資訊科技服務供應商聯繫，並監察其表現及項目進度;
4. 預備技術建議書、規格及編撰文書;
5. 監督內部開發組;
6. 進行品質保證及開發應用系統; 及
7. 為網站內容管理系統、網上程式及其他有關資訊科技的工作提供行政及技術上的支援。
備註:效率促進組的網上應用系統包括但不限於1823網站、效率促進組網站、一般管理顧問服務網站及政府青少年網站。
1. Conduct business and system requirement study, design and analysis of the web portal, application, database and implement the solution;
2. Provide technical advice and support during the application development and participate in application testing to ensure the web portal and application are secure, user-friendly and stable;
3. Liaise with external IT service providers and monitor the project progress and performance;
4. Prepare technical proposal, specification and system document;
5. Supervise in-house developers;
6. Perform quality assurance and application development; and
7. Provide administration and technical support for Web Content Management System, web application and other IT-related duties.
Note: EU web applications include but not limited to 1823 website, EU website, General Management Consultancy Services Portal and Youth Portal.
入職條件
申請人必須:
1. 持有香港頒授的計算機科學/資訊科技/訊息工程學位，或同等學歷;
2. 在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2級或以上成績，或具同等學歷 (2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第2級成績)
3. 在取得學位後，累積最少5年有關資訊科技的工作經驗;
4. 在使用Java, ASP.NET, Web Services, JavaScript, XML和Oracle Database以執行及管理網站及應用系統方面具備最少4年工作經驗;
5. 具備最少1年處理業務要求、系統設計及分析，及測試方法(testing methodology)的工作經驗;
6. 具備執行網站內容管理系統的工作經驗; 及
7. 申請人如具備以下經驗，則更為理想–
(i) 企業級別的網站內容管理系統，例如Autonomy Interwoven, Adobe CQ5 或EMC Documentum;
(ii) HTML5, CSS3 及 jQuery;
(iii) 開發供流動平台使用的網站或程式;
(iv) 開發多媒體處理技術，例如影像串流及製作相片/影片廊。
Candidates should have :
1. Obtained a Hong Kong bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Information Technology/Information Engineering;
2. Obtained Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent (for appointment purpose, “Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in previous HKCEE are accepted administratively as comparable to “Level 2” in Chinese Language and English Language in the 2007 HKCEE and henceforth);
3. At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in Information Technology;
4. At least 4 years’ working experience in implementing and managing web portal and application by using Java, ASP.NET, Web Services, JavaScript, XML and Oracle Database;
5. At least 1 year’s working experience in conducting business requirement, system design and analysis, and testing methodology;
6. Working experience in implementing Web Content Management System; and
7. Experience in the following would be an advantage –
(i) Enterprise grade of Web Content Management System such as Autonomy Interwoven, Adobe CQ5 or EMC Documentum;
(ii) HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery;
(iii) Developing website or application for mobile platform;
(iv) Developing multimedia manipulation such as video streaming and photo/video gallery.
