(一) 協助處理一般辦公室事務,包括訂購用品,管理檔案及紀錄系統; (二) 與秘書處財務組及其他單位和部門聯絡,處理財務帳目的工作,例如結算帳目和簿記收支總結; (三) 為教資會/研資局的各資助計劃/工作提供文書支援,以處理申請及評審,例如審核和處理申請書、安排付款等,並協助推行新措施; (四) 協助監察及評核受資助的項目,例如監察各項目所提交的報告和財務報表,審查和整合報告/報表等; (五) 協助籌備委員會和學科小組的會議和相關活動; (六) 協助聯絡本地/非本地學者及院校以及處理查詢、整合報表及更新教資會/研資局網頁; (七) 為上司提供行政支援及督導文職人員工作;以及 (八) 執行上司指派的其他工作。
職責
- (a)to assist in general office management, including procurement, record management and inventory-keeping;
- (b)to liaise with the Finance Section, other departments and service providers and perform accounting duties such as settling payments and book-keeping operating expenses;
- (c)provide clerical support to the application and evaluation processes of different funding schemes/exercises of the UGC/RGC, such as vetting and processing applications, arranging payments, etc., and the implementation of new initiatives;
- (d)to assist in the monitoring and assessment of funded projects, such as monitoring the submission of project reports and financial statements, vetting and consolidating reports / statements, etc.;
- (e)to assist in the organisation of committee and panel meetings, as well as associated events;
- (f)to assist in the liaison with local/non-local academics and institutions; and handling enquiries, compiling returns and updating the UGC/RGC website;
- (g)to provide support to senior officers and supervise clerical staff; and
- (h)to perform other duties as assigned by senior officers.
入職條件
(一) 持有本港頒授的高級文憑,或具同等或以上學歷,主修人力資源管理、會計或管理學的申請人,可獲優先考慮; (二) 擁有至少四年項目管理的行政及支援工作經驗。曾從事研究資金、高等教育界別或政府部門職務的申請人,可獲優先考慮; (三) 具備良好的中英文書寫及口語能力; (四) 具備良好的電腦運用知識,包括操作Microsoft Word、Excel; (五) 具備強烈責任感,良好的組織能力、溝通技巧及領導才能;以及 (六) 能於壓力下及緊迫期限內完成工作。
- (a)have a Hong Kong Higher Diploma or equivalent or above, preferably in Human Resources Management/Accounting/Management Studies;
- (b)have at least four years’ working experience related to the provision of administrative and logistical support in project management. Preference will be given to candidates with working experience in research funds, the higher education sector or the government;
- (c)have good command of spoken and written Chinese and English;
- (d)have good computer proficiency, including knowledge in using Microsoft Word and Excel;
- (e)possess a strong sense of responsibility, good organization, communication and leadership skills; and
- (f)able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
