高級技工(機械)主要被調派擔任監督和指導一組初級人員為機械裝置及設備進行操作／維修。
職責
A Senior Artisan (Mechanical) is mainly deployed on supervising and directing the work of a team of minor staff in the operation/maintenance of mechanical plants and equipment.
入職條件
申請人必須
- (a)
- (i)持有工業學院所頒發的機械工程技工證書，或同等學歷；或(ii)已完成機械工程的完整學徒訓練或其他認可實務訓練課程，並在完成學徒訓練／實務訓練後在有關行業有最少兩年經驗；(iii)有最少六年的機械工程經驗；及(b)具備相等於小六程度的中英語文能力。 <br>(註：申請人須通過技能測驗。申請人如擁有機械工程範疇的相關工作經驗，將獲優先考慮。)
Candidates should have
- (a)
- (i)a craft certificate in Mechanical Engineering from a technical institute, or equivalent; or
- (ii)completed a full apprenticeship or other approved course of practical training in Mechanical Engineering plus at least 2 years' post-apprentice/training experience in the trade; or
- (iii)at least 6 years' experience in Mechanical Engineering; and
- (b)attained a level of proficiency in Chinese and English languages equivalent to Primary 6 standard. <br>(Note: Candidates will be required to pass a trade test. Preference will be given to candidates who have relevant working experience in the mechanical engineering field.)

- 1.為提高大眾對《基本法》的認知和在社區推廣學習《基本法》的風氣，政府會測試應徵公務員職位人士的《基本法》知識。只會在兩位申請人的整體表現相若時，政府才會參考申請人在基本法知識測試中的表現。 <br>2. 獲取錄的申請人，可能會獲調派至其他部門工作，以及可能須要：(a)執行緊急職務／上班候命／隨時候召及不定時工作；(b)在偏遠地區或在惡劣環境下工作；(c)按自行駕車計劃駕駛部門車輛；及(d)穿着制服／保護衣物。
