職責
Stream A: <br> <br>The incumbent is responsible for assisting on site preparation and necessary setup, including furniture and equipment of District Health Centres (DHCs) in 18 districts to ensure standard of care and smooth operation of DHC, providing professional and clinical support to the development of ongoing evolving healthcare service model of DHCs and related nursing standards and protocols, providing expert advice, support to care coordinators under the DHC Scheme, arranging in-house training for the healthcare professionals in the DHC Scheme, identifying their training needs, devising training plan to support the development of DHCs and reviewing training outcome and assessing and providing comment on the NGOs’ proposals of the DHC Express, monitoring the service quality and standard, and offering professional support to the service providers. <br> <br>Stream B: <br> <br>The incumbent is responsible for providing professional support in the planning, implementation, quality assurance and monitoring of the DHC Scheme, assisting in identifying manpower and training needs and promoting training for primary healthcare, providing professional support in planning and organising publicity activities and updating of the websites for promulgation of the Primary Care Directory, and promotion of primary care and family doctor concept, assisting in the preparation of standards, guidelines and protocols on primary healthcare, and other inputs on primary healthcare development and related topics, providing support in the planning and implementation of primary healthcare initiatives of the Primary Healthcare Office.
入職條件
申請人須：– <br>
- (a)持有本港大學所頒授的相關醫療衞生的學士學位，或具同等學歷； <br>
- (b)持有由香港護士管理局發出的有效註冊護士執業證明書； <br>
- (c)在取得資格後，具備五年全職公共醫療工作經驗，尤以基層或社區服務方面為佳；以及 <br>
- (d)具備良好中英文口語及書寫能力。
Candidates should possess – <br>
- (a)a bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university or equivalent in health care related professions; <br>
- (b)holder of a valid Registered Nurse practicing certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong; <br>
- (c)five-year full-time post-qualification work experience in the area of public healthcare, preferably in the field of primary or community service; and <br>
- (d)a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
