職責
(a) 協助進行技術研究，提出流程解決方案並實施變更，以加強部門的資訊科技支援服務；
(b) 協助系統分析和設計、系統開發、採購、應用系統和系統程式編製、測試、數據遷移、容量規劃、安裝、配置及部署、技術支援和系統驗收；
(c) 為部門提供與資訊科技有關的支援，包括支援求助台、支援工作站、設置視頻會議、操作視聽設備、管理及更新電腦系統用具淸單、採購電腦器材及配件、測試及安裝電腦系統、檢討電腦系統的保安情況及安裝更新程式、製作各種表單及使用者手冊等；
(d) 協助就資訊科技項目執行計劃管理、服務供應商管理及品質管理，包括成品品質保證、進度監察、服務驗收等；
(e) 就資訊科技計劃及資訊科技的使用相關的策略和問題，向部門用戶提供支援及諮詢技術意見；
(f) 協助領導計劃/技術/應用系統支援小組；及
(g) 執行其他獲指派的職務。

(a) a Hong Kong degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or equivalent;
(b) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (“HKDSEE”) or the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (“HKCEE”), or equivalent;
(c) good command of written Chinese and English as well as spoken Cantonese and English;
(d) 4 years’ working experience in system analysis and design, system development, database administration, system administration, programming, PC support or relevant experience in information technology; and
(e) knowledge of the following:
(i) Programming knowledge:
HTML, JavaScript, SQL, C#, .Net, Model-View-Controller (MVC), VBScript
(ii) System management knowledge:
Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019, MS SQL Server 2016/2017/2019, Microsoft Internet Information Server (IIS)
