職責
執達主任主要負責以下工作:
(a) 逮捕判定債務人和潛逃中的債務人，並強制執行交付拘押的手令；
(b) 透過扣押財物執行各類命令、令狀及手令，包括扣押債務人財產令狀、為追索欠租而發出的財物扣押令及裁判官手令；開列財物清單，並對財物作出估價及就其出售事宜執行有關的職責；
(c) 進行驅逐行動以取回空置處所及土地的管有權；
(d) 執行向船舶發出的扣押令；
(e) 於法庭、內庭及審裁處出庭作證；及
(f) 送達外地法律程序文件及向船舶送達法律程序文件。

A Bailiff is mainly deployed on –
(a) arrest of judgment debtors and absconding debtors and enforcement of Committal Warrants;
(b) execution of various kinds of Orders, Writs and Warrants, including Writ of Fieri Facias, Distress Warrants for rent, Magistrates Warrants by seizure of property, preparation of inventories and valuation of property and duties in connection with the sale thereof;
(c) undertaking evictions with a view to obtaining vacant possession of premises and land;
(d) execution of warrants of arrest against ships;
(e) attending courts / chambers / tribunals to give evidence; and
(f) service of foreign legal process and service of court process on ships.

入職條件
申請人必須：
(a) (i) 在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第2級或同等 (註1) 或以上成績 (註2)，或具同等學歷；或
(ii) 在香港中學會考五科考獲第2級 (註3)／E級或以上成績 (註2)，或具同等學歷；
(b) 於以下其中一個或多個範疇中，具有五年的工作經驗－
(i) 法律；
(ii) 司法；
(iii) 盤存；及
(iv) 財物估價；
以及
(c) 符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科考獲第3級 (註3) 或以上成績，或具同等成績。

(ii) Level 2 (Note 3) / Grade E or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE)(Note 2), or equivalent;
(b) five years’ work experience in one or more of the following fields –
(i) legal;
(ii) judicial;
(iii) inventory taking; and
(iv) valuation of property;

(c) met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 (Note 3) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.
(Remarks: All qualifications required should be obtained on or before the application deadline. Qualifications obtained after the application deadline will not be considered. Candidates who are selected for interview will normally receive an invitation in about eight to ten weeks from the closing date for application. This period may be longer in exceptional circumstances, e.g. when a large number of applications are received or when there are other complications. As invitations will be sent to candidates by email, candidates should provide an accurate email address in their applications.
