職責
職位一:(a) 協助處理旅遊業賠償基金特惠賠償的申請;
(b) 協助摘錄並編集旅行代理商的資料;
(c) 協助處理牌照續期及修訂;
(d) 協助處理檔案的相關行政工作;以及
(e) 協助執行其他工作。
職位二:(a) 為「郵輪公海遊」復航提供行政及後勤支援;
(b) 推行「旅遊氣泡」:例如更新及發放相關資料供旅客參閱、處理公眾查詢等;
(c) 啟德郵輪碼頭公眾地方的管理:例如進行實地視察或調查、監察承辦商的工作表現、檢視承辦商提交的文件及報告等;以及
(d) 為郵輪業諮詢委員會提供行政支援,以及處理一般辦公室行政工作。

(b) Assist in extracting and compiling data on travel agents;
(c) Assist in processing license renewal and amendments;
(d) Assist in performing administrative duties related to records processing; and
(e) Assist in performing any other duties.
Position 2: (a) Assist in administrative and logistical support to facilitate resumption of “cruise-to-nowhere” itineraries;
(b) Assist in implementation of the travel bubble arrangements –
e.g. updating and dissemination of information for travellers’ attention, handling public enquiries, etc.;
(c) Assist in building management of the communal areas of Kai Tak Cruise Terminal –
e.g. conducting site inspections/surveys, monitoring the work and performance of the building management contractor, vetting documents and reports submitted by the contractor, etc.; and
(d) Assist in administrative support to Advisory Committee on Cruise Industry and general office management.

(b) 為修讀全日制學士學位課程的專上院校學生,對工商管理或會計有基礎認識者會較有優勢;
(c) 在2021/22年升讀第二/第三或最後一年課程;
(d) 具備良好溝通技巧,擅於同時兼顧多項任務;
(e) 具備良好中、英文書寫及口語能力(須在香港中學文憑考試的中國語文科和英國語文科取得第4等級或以上的成績,或同等學歷);以及
(f) 熟悉中文輸入及Microsoft Office應用程序,包括Word、Excel和PowerPoint。

Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or equivalent) ; and
