(a) To coordinate briefing sessions for matters arising from the implementation of the new kindergarten (KG) education policy;
(b) To assist in drafting briefs, papers and proposals on issues related to KG education;
(c) To assist in drafting responses to enquiries from the Legislative Council and members of the public on issues related to KG education;
(d) To assist in the tasks related to the implementation of new KG policy, including vetting KGs' applications for staff relief grant for staff taking paid maternity leave; and
(e) To perform any other duties in relation to KG education

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
(b) A certificate in education from a Hong Kong tertiary education institution, or equivalent;
(c) Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE) or in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [Note];
(d) At least 8 years' relevant post-degree working experience in teaching / educational administration;
(e) Be able to communicate effectively in Chinese and English;
(f) Be responsible, self-motivated and enthusiastic;
(g) Have a fine character and integrity; and
(h) Working experience in government bureau/department preferred.
