- (a)協助協調及整理資料，包括輸入元數據及數據至電視製作系統，例如電視節目時間表、電視節目編排表、電視節目指南資料，以及安排電視節目傳送的工作；
- (b)監察及記錄港台數碼地面電視頻道的直播節目；
- (c)協助測試各電視製作系統；
- (d)協助日常電視播映事宜的運作，例如儲存檔案、為數碼媒體資產管理系統輸入資料等；以及
- (e)執行為頻道導播及節目編排組提供的其他職務，包括行政職務。(註：須不定時工作，並須在周日、公眾假期期間工作，亦須通宵當值。)
職責
- (a)assisting in the coordination and compilation of information, including meta data and data input for TV production systems e.g. TV programme log, TV programme schedule, EPG information and transmission arrangement;
- (b)monitoring and logging live events on RTHK’s DTT channels;
- (c)assisting in testing systems for television production;
- (d)assisting in daily TV presentation operations e.g. file ingestion, input data into the Media Asset Management System, etc.; and
- (e)other duties for supporting TV Presentation and Scheduling Unit, including administrative duties.
Note:
Required to work irregular hours and on Sundays and Public Holidays as well as to perform overnight shift duties.

- (a)
- (i)持有香港的大學所頒發學位，以主修新聞及傳播學／多媒體學為佳，或具備同等學歷；或
- (ii)持有香港的專上院校頒授的認可副學士學位或認可高級文憑，以主修新聞及傳播學／多媒體學為佳，或具備同等學歷；並具有一年從事電視節目編排、頻道影像記錄安排或頻道導播的工作經驗；及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第2等級或以上成績，或具備同等成績[請參閱註(1)]。
申請人如 －
- (i)熟悉MS Word、Excel、Power Point等電腦軟件的操作及中文文書處理；
- (ii)具優良行政技巧；
- (iii)具備電視節目製作方面的經驗；及／或
- (iv)具備操作各電視運作系統的經驗
則更為理想。
Candidates should have –
- (a)
- (i)a Hong Kong Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Journalism and Communication / Multimedia Studies, or equivalent; OR
- (ii)an accredited Associate Degree or an accredited Higher Diploma, preferably in Journalism and Communication / Multimedia Studies, from a Hong Kong tertiary institution, or equivalent; and 1 year’s experience in TV programme scheduling, channel log arrangement or channel presentation; AND
- (b)met the language proficiency requirements of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination or Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent [See Note (1)].
Candidates who possess –
- (i)sound knowledge of computer operation in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing;
- (ii)sound administrative skills;
- (iii)experience in TV programme production; and/or
- (iv)experience in systems for TV operation
will have an advantage.
