Senior Assistant Information Technology Officer - Application

職責
高級助理資訊科技主任(應用系統)主要負責收集用戶需求、系統分析和設計、程式編製、系統測試、系統推行、系統保養、系統故障處理、系統文件編製、品質保證、與系統發展周期有關的其他工作，以及其他系統支援職務。
Senior Assistant Information Technology Officers (Application) are mainly responsible for user requirement collection, system analysis and design, programming, system testing, system implementation, system maintenance, system troubleshooting, system documentation, quality assurance, other activities of the system development life cycle and other system support duties.
入職條件
(a) 申請人必須持有:-
(i) 香港任何一所大學頒授的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的學士學位，或具同等學歷，並在取得有關學歷後具備至少兩年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗。或 (ii) 資訊科技、電腦或相關學科的高級文憑，或具同等學歷，並在取得有關學歷後具備至少四年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗。
(b) 申請人必須具備至少兩年與以下一項或多於一項有關的應用發展的實際全職工作經驗，包括系統分析和設計、程式編製和推行、系統護理和保養:
(i) Oracle關係數據庫管理系統(版本12c或以上)
(ii) Java
(iii) SQL
(c) 申請人如具備使用以下技術／產品的經驗，將獲優先考慮:
(i) Oracle 開發工具包括PL/SQL、Oracle Forms版本12c、Oracle Reports版本12c及Pro*C
(ii) Java EE應用程式伺服器如 JBoss、WildFly、WebSphere、Oracle WebLogic、Tomcat
(iii) Java EE及應用程式架構如Struts及Spring、JSP、JavaScript、PHP、HTML 5、CSS、微軟.NET架構、C#、Visual Basic、XML
(iv) UNIX中型電腦平台(IBM AIX版本7或以上為佳)、微軟視窗伺服器2012或以上版本
(v) 適應性網頁設計及／或流動應用程式開發、Lotus Notes、文件管理系統、地理資訊系統、SAS
(i) 香港任何一所大學頒授的電腦科學、資訊科技或相關學科的學士學位，或具同等學歷，並在取得有關學歷後具備至少兩年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗。或 (ii) 資訊科技、電腦或相關學科的高級文憑，或具同等學歷，並在取得有關學歷後具備至少四年與資訊科技有關的全職工作經驗。
(b) 申請人必須具備至少兩年與以下一項或多於一項有關的應用發展的實際全職工作經驗，包括系統分析和設計、程式編製和推行、系統護理和保養:

(a) Candidates should have:–
(i) A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology (IT) or related discipline from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent; and
At least 2 years of relevant post-qualification full-time IT working experience. OR (ii) A higher diploma in IT or computer related discipline, or equivalent; and At least 4 years of relevant post-qualification full-time IT working experience.
(b) Candidates should have at least 2 years of full-time hands-on experience in using one or more of the following in application development, including system analysis and design, programming and implementation, system nursing and maintenance:–
(i) Oracle database (version 12c or above)
(ii) Java
(iii) SQL
(c) Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in using the following technologies/products:–
(i) Oracle development tools include PL/SQL, Oracle Forms 12c, Oracle Reports 12c and Pro*C
(ii) Java EE application servers such as JBoss, WildFly, WebSphere, Oracle WebLogic, Tomcat
(iii) Programming in Java EE with frameworks like Struts and Spring, JSP, JavaScript, PHP, HTML 5, CSS, Microsoft .NET framework, C#, Visual Basic, XML
(iv) UNIX midrange platform (IBM AIX 7 or above is preferred), Microsoft Windows Server 2012 or above
(v) Responsive web design, mobile apps development, Lotus Notes, Document Management System, Geographical Information System, SAS
