• (a)Provide professional and clinical support to the development of Reference Frameworks;
• (b)Provide expert advice in the planning, implementation, quality assurance and monitoring of the District Health Centre Scheme;
• (c)Assist in identifying manpower and training needs and promoting training for primary healthcare;
• (d)Provide professional support in development and maintenance of the Primary Care Directory;
• (e)Assist in the preparation of standards, guidelines and protocols on primary healthcare, and other inputs on primary healthcare development and related topics; and
• (f)Provide support in the planning and implementation of various primary healthcare initiatives of the Primary Healthcare Office.

Candidates should possess –

• (a)a Certificate of Registration (Part I) issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
• (b)a valid practising certificate issued by the Nursing Council of Hong Kong;
• (c)at least five-year full-time post-registration work experience with at least two years of experience in the area of public healthcare, preferably in the field of primary or community service; and
• (d)a good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
