(a) To provide executive support in the planning, administration and review of the Land Grant Scheme and Start-up Loan Scheme, as well as the policy initiatives relating to the loan and lands matters;
(b) To oversee the implementation of the campus development projects of self-financed post-secondary education institutes;
(c) To handle land matters arising from campus development projects of post-secondary education institutes; and
(d) To undertake any other duties as and when required.

(a) A Hong Kong bachelor's degree, or equivalent;
(b) At least 12 years of full-time post-degree work experience, with at least 5 years of managerial experience at senior level. Experience in public administration/loan administration/planning and lands matters in relation to the post-secondary education sector preferred;
(c) Strong organization power, planning and analytical skills, as well as ability to work independently and under pressure;
(d) Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills;
(e) Excellent command of both oral and written English and Chinese; and
(f) Familiar with Chinese input method and computer operation, such as word-processing, spreadsheet and presentation software.
