職責
為以下項目提供行政支援：
(a) 會議、研討會及專業發展課程；
(b) 多媒體製作及影片剪輯；以及
(c) 其他行政及辦公室日常工作。

To provide administrative support to :
(a) meetings, seminars and professional development programmes;
(b) multi-media production and video editing; and
(c) other office routines.

入職條件
申請人須 -
(a) 是香港特別行政區永久性居民；
(b) 是專上院校全日制學生(一年級學生及應屆畢業生除外)；
(c) 正修讀與英語有關的課程，例如：英國語文、英語文學、翻譯、中英雙語，或教育(主修英國語文教學)相關的課程；
(d) 具備良好的電腦應用知識(包括多媒體製作、影片剪輯)；以及
(e) 具備良好的中、英文口語表達及書寫能力，並在香港中學文憑考試中國語文科考獲第4級或以上成績，以及英國語文科考獲第5級或以上成績，或具同等成績。

Applicants should -
(a) be permanent residents of Hong Kong Special Administrative Region;
(b) be full-time students of post-secondary institutions (except year one students and final year graduates);
(c) be studying subjects related to English Language such as English Language, English Literature, Translation, Bilingual Studies, or Education (specializing in English Language);
(d) possess good knowledge in computer applications (including multi-media production and video editing); and
(e) be fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, and attain Level 4 or above in Chinese Language and Level 5 or above in English Language in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination, or equivalent.
