- (a)協助聯繫社區與政府各政策局╱部門；
- (b)協助進行地區諮詢活動，並處理公眾提出的一般查詢和投訴；
- (c)協助統籌、推廣及籌辦政府推行的運動和活動計劃；
- (d)協助成立業主立案法團並為其提供支援、向業主委員會及其他大廈管理組織提供意見、並定期探訪大廈；
- (e)為地區服務及關愛隊伍提供後勤支援；
- (f)協助籌辦青年活動；
- (g)為各地區委員會提供行政支援；
- (h)協助管理各社區中心╱會堂；
- (i)在發生緊急事故時及惡劣天氣期間，擔任聯絡職務；以及
- (j)在有需要時，執行其他相關職務。
職責
- (a)to assist in liaison with the community and Government bureaux/ departments;
- (b)to assist in the conduct of local consultation exercises and handling of general enquiries and complaints from the public;
- (c)to assist in the coordination, promotion and organisation of campaigns and projects;
- (d)to form and provide advice to owners’ corporations/ owners’ committees and other managements bodies and pay regular visits to them;
- (e)to provide logistic support for the delivery of services of District Services and Community Care Teams;
- (f)to assist in the organisation of youth activities;
- (g)to provide administrative support for district committees;
- (h)to assist in the management of community centres/ halls;
- (i)to perform liaison duties during emergencies and adverse weather conditions; and
- (j)other related duties as and when required.
入職條件
- (a)(i)在香港中學文憑考試五科考獲第3級或同等或以上成績，或具同等學歷；或
- (ii)在香港高級程度會考兩科高級程度科目考獲E級或以上成績，以及在香港中學會考另外三科考獲第3級╱C級或以上成績，或具同等學歷；以及
- (b)符合語文能力要求，即在香港中學文憑考試或香港中學會考中國語文科及英國語文科考獲第3級或以上成績，或具同等成績。
註：
(a) 所述有關科目可包括中國語文科及英國語文科。

- (i)Level 3 or equivalent or above in five subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSEE), or equivalent; or
- (ii)Grade E or above in two subjects at Advanced Level in the Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination and Level 3 / Grade C or above in three other subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (HKCEE), or equivalent; and
- (b)Met the language proficiency requirements of Level 3 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSEE or HKCEE, or equivalent.

The subjects in (a) above may include Chinese Language and English Language
入職條件(註)
- (1)香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標並表現優異」成績，以及其他語言科目C級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第3級成績；香港中學文憑考試應用學習科目(最多計算兩科)「達標」成績，以及其他語言科目E級成績，會被視為相等於新高中科目第2級成績。
- (2)2007年前的香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科(課程乙) C級及E級成績，在行政上會分別被視為等同2007年或之後香港中學會考中國語文科和英國語文科第3級和第2級成績。
